- Keep your e-mail correspondence with the seller until the transaction is successfully over.

I paid, but I didn’t get the merchandise

In case you paid agreed price for the merchandise but you didn’t get the merchandise on agreed term, undertake following steps:

- Try to contact the seller – It is possible, that the delay has occurred and the merchandise will be delivered properly.
- Refer to Police – In case the seller avoids contact and/or rejects to deliver the merchandise, announce all the business to Police.
- Don’t forget to add a comment – Don’t forget to share your negative experience through a negative comment. You will help other users to avoid this unfair seller.
